      Pros

      You get to meet lots of people from pastors to evangelists to different dominations united in the name of Jesus. People are very very nice and open-mindend. The company is very helpful in times of calamities and they go to areas where they’re affected and spread the love of God through the radio waves and volunteering.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any cons since they treat their people well but if there’s one thing, then it’s the salary is low when you’re starting since the company doesn’t run on commercials and advertisements.

      Pros

      FEBC does some amazing work around the world. It was inspiring to be part of what God is doing.

      Cons

      The organization suffers from being siloed around the world. It was encouraging that there was a movement to get leaders together to move towards actively collaborating.
