Pros
- Fast growing and young company, which means great opportunity for those at any career level - The people who work here are really cool and easy to get along with, including the leadership. The owners are specifically great and they will genuinely ask you how your day is going when they pass you in the hallways - Company is willing to invest their time and energy into high potential, motivated, young professionals as opposed to judging candidates by the years of experience on their resume. It's a fantastic place for anyone just starting their careers - This is the 'Google' of manufacturing both in terms of structure and cultural feel, if you don't believe me, scroll throw their LinkedIn page and it will show you what their offices look like. Also you don't have to wear a suit here (if that's a pro for you) - Company invests a lot into you in terms of training. They train the office staff on a very frequent basis to improve skills and build new ones. - Like the other folks: the FOOD. The food is absolutely amazing at this place. The corporate chefs make food all the time for people. Gluttonous needs will not be an issue for you - This is a place that allows you to get things done. It doesn't get into the corporate trap where everything takes forever to get done because there needs to be 10 meetings first to talk about it - They give you autonomy and trust: this makes you feel a lot more fulfilled overall at the end of the day - Days can be unpredictable coupled with the right amount of challenge, you never get bored
Cons
- Sometimes the unexpected happens and it can throw your entire day off, you have to be comfortable with that - Every now and then you may have to work late. Objectively that's naturally going to happen in a fast growing company (which to me is a lot better than working in a shrinking company that ends up laying you off)
