      Pros

      free food, free food, free food.

      Cons

      managers have no formal training- which means they dont know how to manage people, they bark orders and swear at people who are working their butts off. management doesnt know what the plan is, they promote "fast paced, changing environment" only because it seems like no one knows whats going on.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
