      Weak leadership i.e. the contract lead does not well the company with the customer No lateral or vertical movement. No opportunity to develop and to grow.

      Pros

      Good management and site leadership; very little interaction with main office and it wasn't needed. Great Christmas parties! :-)

      Cons

      Had slightly under bid the contract which limited senior billets and pay ... I was overqualified for the billet that I was in and was unable to reach appropriate pay for quite some time until an appropriate billet opened up (more my fault than theirs for taking it)
