Great team - Senior Project Manager FH Automation Employee Review

Lots of work, good people on the shop floor very helpful and and considerate. Work was not particularly challenging , but interesting to those with less varied experience.

Management style was not very good in a day to day kind of way. Communication was poor and not clear. Clients were in general good to work with, some would go to upper management when they could not get what they wanted outside of the scope. then force you to do it. No real autonomy to run the work yourself. Seemed to go out of their way to help some employees and not others.

Great place to work Medium paced working environment Daily exercise as you move from main office to shop

Bus route was non-operational, which meant I had to work about 20 mins from main road to office (I had some colleague help on some days)
