Pros
The group pays extremely well compared to competitors, and goes out of its way to keep employees happy. They throw a very great annual party for all of their restaurant employees that always has a fun theme and brings employees together.
Cons
The organization of schedules can get a bit confusing and entering hours can also be slightly confusing at times. Most of this is due to the fact that people have shifts working in multiple restaurants sometimes which can cause confusion to arise.
