None at all, very unprofessional company

1. Company is run by first year graduates of low tier colleges so they do not know what they are doing 2. Unreasonable sales targets, where you are have to do everything on your own like generating leads, finding customers, closing sales. All they do is take the money and stop responding to their emails after the payment is done. 3. They take full advance from their customers and do not fulfill the services on time which leaves you behind to listen to their abuses since they do not even reply to their emails 4. Their offer letter is very vague and they change the conditions as they deem fit including setting unrealistic targets for basic stipend, which they can use to deny you the basic fixed stipend. 5. Make you work over 6 hours daily for 5k stipend (for which they go to any extent possible to deny)

• Friendly atmosphere All the superiors and coworkers are friendly and supportive. Everyone encourages each other well to display their true talents • Working is fun It is not stressful. All you have to do is do your best with your heart it into it • Appreciative mentors They will guide you and help you as much as they can

Personally, I haven't felt any downsides to working in Filmyloop. The firm suits my taste and I am proud of being a part of it
