Pros

The time off that's really it.

Cons

The CEO would rather acquire companies, then promote from within and give a proper compensation. He says it's in order to "build the company" but every company that is acquired is in their own section. Finn promotes a "collaboration" but that is the furthest from the truth. Also there is no diversity in leadership really. They have their token people to say they are diverse, but they really do nothing for diversity, they hire diverse people to put them through the ringer to make them want to quit. Honestly you're better off anywhere else. Pay is cheap too, never want to pay you your worth, but if your up top with the favorites then your lucky you will for sure make those six figures.

Pros

Prioritizes work-life balance and enormous openness to feedback.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth (I was part of a team that had no promotions in 6+ years, despite the fact that all of them are amazing), DEI façade to "pretend" they're part of a progressive movement (I'm nonbinary, I said this in my application and interview process, and literally no one ever used my correct pronouns, especially my manager who I talked about this with several times), and there's a lot of chaos that folks simply accept as a fact of life rather than something to grow from and improve. There's simply no desire to collaborate for growth—literally one of the most dysfunctional places I've worked at.
