-$26k tuition -$32k for TAs -kind but felt a bit cliquey in the most non intentional ways

- Collaborative and collegial work atmosphere - Reasonable salary commensurate with QoL in HK - Employees are trusted to do their job well - Appraisal system is fair and constructive

- Contract benefits could be better - Work environment (furniture, facilities, tech) could use some updating to be in line with other international schools
