      Management in both streams do not care about individuals. - French stream is all about logistics and not about whether teachers are even good or not - very poor management

      - Collaborative and collegial work atmosphere - Reasonable salary commensurate with QoL in HK - Employees are trusted to do their job well - Appraisal system is fair and constructive
