      The team believes in the company’s vision and that makes goal setting much more tangible. While it can get busy at times there are also times where we can spend learning via the resources provided by the company. Everyone is willing to help so if you get stuck you have multiple people you can reach out to.

      The company and leadership team are extremely invested in developing team members, and are transparent about the internal mechanisms of the business.

      Cons

      There is a lot of learning on the fly, similar to a startup. However, it isn’t overwhelming like startups due to the amount of training and the culture of everyone helping everyone.
