      Great people and an awesome vision for a company that's looking to address one of the biggest issues affecting people's long term health, excess weight. It's a diverse company, women are the majority of employees and it's family compatible. The senior team are very supportive of inclusivity and employee development.

      Cons

      Startups are always fast paced and the ultimate outcome is somewhat uncertain. Don't apply if you're not happy with that!

      Sometimes we have to build the plane while flying, but this of course creates incredible learning opportunities for engineers who want to experience hypergrowth firsthand
