Pros
The people there were wonderful to work with. They were highly professional, sociable, and very friendly. They explained their expectations thoroughly. If you have previous experience under your belt, you will be able to exceed in this role.
Cons
I would not recommend this to someone who is fresh out of college/university, especially without any previous software developer experience. I needed a lot of help while being thrown into the thick of things. While many people grow and thrive that way, I was struggling. I was given some guidance along the way, but I realized I needed a lot more help than what was given. On top of that, I kept getting shifted into different teams and, subsequently, different technology stacks. That alone made it difficult for me to catch up on unfamiliar frameworks that was not previously expected from the original role listing. This did not help me hone and develop what I needed to perform on a satisfactory level. Towards the end of my time there, I realized I was ending work well into the night on most days to attempt to keep up. In the end, I realized the company was not a right fit for me and found opportunities elsewhere. It's been many years since, so I can only hope things are at a better spot now. However, this was my own experience. I'm sure that if you enter into this position with experience under your belt, you will have a smoother time at the position.
