Pros

Good benefits. But that's about it. Pay is way below industry average and very little chance to advance.

Cons

No reason to create a new review, just read the other headlines... Not good for career growth, Good but getting worse It's getting worse Don't believe the hype Bureaucratic & ineffective management toxic culture, backstabbing, unprofessional Failed management executives Toxic environment and poor management Lost its heart Great benefits. terrible management No longer a great place Very poor archaic management style Toxic - stay away Extremely poor management Poor management tolerated and my two favorites Don't walk away - run What happened to this company Laughed when reading these and then as a long time employee, felt really sad. But it's all true. Once a great company to work for, now...well, like the last two headlines, run away and what happened. Notice the thread in all of these comments? Toxic was mentioned more times then I can count as was poor management. That about sums it up. If you're interviewing keep this in mind. It may all look nice and shiny at first, but once you're in, you realize the disease behind the curtain. If you feel you need to come, do what the smart young kids do, get your 5 years of training then leave for greener and much higher paying pastures. The culture here is so toxic they can't even get people to company sponsored/free events.

Pros

* Great business model at the foundation * Solid compensation program: Base salary + bonus * Sustained high profitability over the long term * Stable employement * Pension Plan

Cons

* Extremely hierarchical and regimented * Promotions based on favortism rather than true merit. Employees are precategorized and stigmatized on their ability for future career progression. * Extremely focused on metrics and internal objectives. This leads to box checking, cutting corners and bending rules to meet the numbers. * Extremely heavy workload. No work-life balance. * Management doesn't really incorporate employee feedback; they pretend to to check a box. * Quality of job suffers to keep up with quantity. Everything is becoming data driven and the data is often wrong. Enormous pressure to hit a button and accept at face value whatever the system spews out. * Our CEO builds fancy gold plated office buildings that aren't needed and pulled the plug on hybrid work to justify the investment in the real estate.
