Pros

FMA was flexible with scheduling an interview after work hours. I was already employed and I worked on-site, so they were very accommodating. The interview was both informative and casual. I could tell that they really care about keeping their employees.

My position can be remote

Cons

High Turnover, performance is based off AI evaluation only even though the system is inaccurate and unstable, no bonus for attendance/high performance.
