      Pros

      The cons overshadow the pros though. Only your convincing skills grow over the time. Join this company if you have enough bank balance. Freshers should never join. Don't get lured by national and international exposures as they never happen with company's expenses.

      Cons

      Promotions never happen in 10 months. Please freshers don't get fooled by the manager.
