- Lack of communication from management - Management doesn't stick to their word - I was told several things that never came to fruition - Salary - I was told the salary was one number at the interview, then given a significantly lower number when offered the show. When I questioned the discrepancy, the employer tried to cover their tracks and claimed they had told me the wrong number.
