Pros
I was delighted with the company and the job as a customer experience associate. There was room for growth, and I worked with amazing people.
Cons
My work was mainly based on customer support via chat and email. Unfortunately, the senior management decided to implement a telephone support service, and this is something I did not enjoy as I had no choice. I had to assist over the phone, which is not my cup of tea.
