No training - Community Director FPI Management Employee Review

The worst part about this company is there is no training. Once you become manager your left to figure everything out yourself no guidance from upper management. Also you do not receive hand book on any policy or procedures everything you need is on the company internet which has over 200 policies and procedures, so for example you will get disciplined on things that you did not know was a violation of company policy due to the fact you have. No time to read all the policy, which in return you will be terminated or on a performance plan For something that you may have no know was against the rules till after it happened so the training and policy’s should really be addressed to have successful employees for this company.
