Most will suffer due to heavy workload, difficult deadlines. Not to mentioned the rude, remote working upper management!! daily email bullying, and disrespectful behavior. Sadly, the pay is so low compared to others who are fully staffed, with less workload. Although thankful to have a job. The past 10 years have been a battle trying to transfer or obtain a raise. Overall no matter how hard you try, it's truly a deadend job!! Evidently, causing major stress to following body parts such as the brain, heart, hands, and shoulders. During recent lockdowns I was ask to knock on doors with my mask, clipboard, pen, and hand sanitzier. But never offered HAZARDOUS PAY!!!! I pray everyday a new more rewarding job will come my way.
