Pros
FRSTEA by Custom Commercial in WA State seemingly hires great people. The ones that do all the labor are the ones who are actually worth calling co-workers. The office looks nice as well as the warehouse.
Cons
The management is horrible, they hired me to do one position, but they were so screwed on staff and budget, I ended up doing at least 3 positions and NEVER GOT FULLY TRAINED in my original hiring position. They "dissolved" my position and let me go, put on a hiring freeze and now I cannot imagine how much they are over working their staff. That company is doing horrible, DO NOT WORK THERE. They don't care about their employees, just the budget.
