Pros
- Very nice team members, all of them very professional and collaborative - Management is collaborative and kind - Challenging (very technical) projects that allow you to learn and grow if you are willing to take them on your own - You can see that upper management really tries to listen and improve, they just need time and continue pushing forward
Cons
- I experienced a lot of delays in payments. - They many times offered mentorship and career growth that never came, even when I repeatedly asked for it. - I spent most of my time client-centered with very little or no communication with FS Studio itself so I didn't really feel part of "FS teams" - They charge great amounts to clients and are willing to pay much less to contractors when contractors do all the work.
