If you want to know the reality of FSM, please check the review of Blake and Partners because it's the same company (only a rebranding because they had a bad reputation on the market). Also, be careful because they ask to the current employees to write positive reviews on glassdoor and on google in order to get positives reviews and a good notation). Also, I saw that the reply of FSM in general is "FSM Group is not for everyone: you need to be passionate about sales" : I don't agree with this reply, I am oriented sales and results, and I have a similar position in an other company, all is great! Positive: Good colleagues, good commission system.
