Relatively good compensation, trucks are set to 72, no driver facing camera (yet), good trailers. ESOP seemingly has potential.
Cons
Truck maintenance is a big hassle. Overly antiqued paperwork system, very complicated and excessive. Lots of unpaid working time. Home time is not a priority for them like it used to be. Tractors used to be new but are no longer, they’re buying used now. Paychecks are often inaccurate. Generally dysfunctional atmosphere (no one knows what’s going on and contact is difficult sometimes). Load appointments are often booked too together. The idea of a driver camera has been floated. Mandatory fueling at Love’s.
