Pros
FTL provides competitive pay with amazing benefits (health/dental, 401k match, vacation/personal time, bonuses, and profit sharing). We work from home 2 days a week (Monday and Friday). We are always working on cutting edge products, and push the boundaries of what is possible. It's never boring. The ownership is great, they really care about our well being and are extremely understanding and accommodating of our personal needs. We get a great amount of exposure to many different types of technology, including AI, wearable robotics, custom software solutions, electronics design, custom sensors, medical devices, and more. Overall it's a great place to work where you're guaranteed to expand your skillset and be involved in very fun projects.
Cons
If you want to live in the city, FTL may not be for you. Some consider this a pro, but it's understandable if you don't want to live in the area.
