A lot of recent changes, but have been for the better so far

Corporate guesses, often poorly, and terminates staff quickly when the plan fails. Actually, corporate guesses all of the time. New product rollouts occur without notice and without SOPs. Forced to maintain staff at rates near minimum wage, while bestowing responsibilities onto staff members that demand leadership wages. No time off at all. Shifts often run 12 hours or longer without breaks. Zero training.
