Pros

Okay benefits, most of my co-workers were great...Thats all I can think of

Cons

I wasn't even going to write this, until I saw all of the '5 star reviews' on here that were clearly written by upper management. Do not be fooled, this place is bad news. For starters, they do not have an HR department at all. After working here for a few weeks it became readily apparent WHY. Sales management handles any training or HR duties, which was a huge conflict of interest, and would often result in strange situations like people having to open their mouths to verify dental work had actually been done that they had an excused absence for. Very heavy Micro Management here as well, even by proxy. Upper management routinely tasked AEs (that I didn't report to) to ping me and ask why I wasn't as productive that day as I could've been. I could keep going but hopefully by now you've already stopped reading and started applying elsewhere...

Pros

Super great concept and it awesome to see a cool start-up in Dallas. Relaxed office culture.

Cons

No Cons to the company if you put in the work you get rewarded its simple. If you aren't willing to put the time and effort in thats when you'll get let go.

Pros

okay concept decent location in DFW but not really

Cons

Micro-management is pervasive and comes straight from an executive team with little to no prior sales OR management experience to show for their attitude towards their employees. I am strongly considering a lateral move...Any positive reviews are written by marketing at the behest of management. Sales management is also HR so consider your covid concerns ignored, because culture
