Pros

An innovative culture where you can contribute and add to the business. Management is flexible and accommodating. Great place to learn more about tech and construction industries with smart and fun people! Office is really nice and in a great location in Yaletown too. Head of ops is a great mentor and is willing to show you the ropes about all aspects of the business and provides opportunities to get involved with working with other departments to help you grow professionally.

Cons

You get in what you put out. It gets busy when things pick up but should be what is expected in a growing tech company.

Pros

Super great concept and it awesome to see a cool start-up in Dallas. Relaxed office culture.

Cons

No Cons to the company if you put in the work you get rewarded its simple. If you aren't willing to put the time and effort in thats when you'll get let go.

Pros

Okay benefits, most of my co-workers were great...Thats all I can think of

Cons

I wasn't even going to write this, until I saw all of the '5 star reviews' on here that were clearly written by upper management. Do not be fooled, this place is bad news. For starters, they do not have an HR department at all. After working here for a few weeks it became readily apparent WHY. Sales management handles any training or HR duties, which was a huge conflict of interest, and would often result in strange situations like people having to open their mouths to verify dental work had actually been done that they had an excused absence for. Very heavy Micro Management here as well, even by proxy. Upper management routinely tasked AEs (that I didn't report to) to ping me and ask why I wasn't as productive that day as I could've been. I could keep going but hopefully by now you've already stopped reading and started applying elsewhere...
