Pros
Great company that will do everything they can to provide you will all the necessary support you need to effectively complete your job. They offer competitive compensation and benefits. Seems to be room for growth and promotions within the organization, if you want them.
Cons
Many day-to-day processes need a look under the microscope to analyze effectiveness. I see lost time/money in some of the things we do. The current culture could use some positive change.
