Fabick Cat strives to provide support and development to all employees who have a desire to advance their careers. Over the past several years, Fabick Cat’s turnover has been less than 8%. However, we fully understand that at a store level the departure of employees may have a greater impact than what our turnover stats depict. Because of this, we do review our turnover on a monthly basis and address opportunities based on location trends and feedback from employees. Employees are also encouraged to apply to positions on the Internal Career Center as well as to discuss development plans with their immediate manager with support from Human Resources. Candidates, both internal and external, are evaluated based on specific job requirements.
