Cons
There is no opportunity to grow. Faction will not provide you with resources or tools in order to succeed. Management doesn't engage in the Career success of their employees nor sets performance goals. Any conflicts you encounter, expect for them to not be resolved. The company allows unkind attitudes to take precedence over being professional. People have been written up without any coaching or constructive critism provided. As a tech company, documents are outdated. Support documents were created years ago and haven't been touched since. A lot of training and learning is based on your own interest to dive in, and figure things out alone. Some will withhold information that is valuable for you to do your job, the way the company expects, yet there are no documents. The company is ran as an 'every man for themselves'. If you find yourself trusting a coworker, more than likely they will be gossiping about you too. There is no culture unless you consider a pool table and a variety of beers as such. Get everything in writing because vocal agreements don't exist here. The energy in this company is usually negative and people tend to bring personal problems into work, enhancing the energy.
