Worst CEO ever - Anonymous employee Factor Employee Review

Overall Team is good, good people to work with, opportunity to work on different projects.

CEO Josh behaviour towards employees is horrible, he keeps blaming, threatening to not pay, delaying salaries on not picking up calls even after business hours, and most worst thing, using abusive langauage especially towards overseas employees. Most of the people left within one year of employment. The company had to change its name from Sit-Down due to a bad reputation.

I’m handling a small business now our family business and I feel like I need to thank my boss at factor for being a good example of a practical and a showing boss. I remember those times where we are working together late at night but still showing up early in the morning and not every boss can do that and I admire that. it inspires me without even knowing and even tho we’ve had some shortcomings before.

I don’t like the tone sometimes my boss is a good boss to me because always shows up no matter what and is very serious to what is being done. now I’m a boss too but it’s a small business now but I promise I’ll be successful someday and my boss is one of the reason of that.
