Employee turnover in the lab is high. Lack of teamwork and hostile coworkers make the job stressful and unpleasant. Supervisors unaware of issues and turn a blind eye to them when pointed out. Unprofessional behavior is ignored. Felt like I was working with grade school kids who bully and lie to the teacher.
