Pros
I've been employed by Fahrenheit IT for almost 3 years. The management team is stable and among the brightest in the industry and they care about their employees and consultants. The company is growing rapidly and it's an exciting time to be apart of the team.
Cons
Because of the company's rapid growth there are times when the workload is heavy. Our teams meet weekly to review priorities and to collaborate and I've felt supported by my peers as well as executive management.
