      Pros

      Great place to grow and connect with others of all ages. There's opportunity to grow within the library field as well as other departments in the local government system. Really enjoyed the training programs available and flexibility of the library when it came to attending trainings.

      Cons

      Trying to move up within your department is difficult because there's a lot of competition.

      Pros

      Everybody who works there is passionate about their job and they care about doing a great job. They go above and beyond to help the library patrons. You also get federal holidays off.

      There is no option to be a full time page
