      Leadership cares about employee development and well-being. There are regular opportunities for training, mentorship, and career growth. Work life balance is respected and flexibility is offered when needed. Management is approachable and open to feedback.

      Cons

      Like any growing company some processes are still evolving and can be improved. Cross-department communication could be more streamlined

      Pros

      Great company filled with smart and engaged employees. Management is visible and accountable. Well respected in the industry and good exposure to CRE. Can't speak to property-level roles.

      Cons

      10 days of PTO for new hires is well below market, especially for corporate employees. 401K vest also not market for corporate roles. This urgently needs to change.
