      A lot of chaos, people were treated rudely and every day there were problems. The boss wants just to sell his products and doesn't care of everything else.

      Free Parking Weekly Pay Free Coffee and Tea and a fridge for your food.

      Cons

      Long Hours 12+ is normal No finish time No overtime pay No proper training in place Management seem to be lost and have no idea what they are doing Job advert said 3 days of 12hrs and i soon realised it was more than 3 days and more than 12 hours. Poorly maintained equipment

      Awful management Long shifts Back stabbing factory and management staff Nothing is kept confidential No professionalism Staff treated like donkeys Company values not followed Alot of plastic carrots being offered to entice staff to work hard with no reward
