Cooperative and encouraging bosses, great scheduling department, friendly staff, well-regulated, decent health benefits.
Cons
Pay is absolutely terrible. One of the lowest paying ambulance companies in California. Do NOT work here unless you live at home or have multiple jobs. Average income per paycheck is about $900, often less. Do not work here if you live alone or have a family--you will not meet your bills.
