      Availability of breaks/lunches during the night-shift as a dispatcher were non-existent. Prepare to answer the phone from the bathroom.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
