      -Good health and dental -interesting city to work in

      Cons

      -No sick pay -inadequate PPE (1 N95 per month during pandemic) -company refuses to approve PTO even though it's earned - very poor pay in comparison to the area -toxic management -little to no training

      Pay is not the best but there is plenty of overtime opportunities

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
