      reliable hours, well supplied, efficient systems

      Cons

      BLS is ALWAYS posted in a parking lot somewhere, BLS not allowed to sleep during 12 hour shifts, often not compensated for working through lunch, high patient volume, they take every call even if they don't have an available unit

      Great place to get experience.

      Pay is not the best but there is plenty of overtime opportunities

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
