Pros
Always friendly, great staff and work environment. One of the best wineries I have worked at and I've worked in different positions at a few local wineries. Fast paced and professional.
Cons
Not too much to say negatively about Falkner Winery. If you're not a hard worker, which is no one's fault other than your own, you might not have the best time or make any friends (probably get fired as well). Fast paced and they expect you to be professional.
