Pros
a lot of freedom, somewhat flexible work hours.
Cons
Harassment, racism, bullying, master suppression technique (constantly) these are some issues that happen in the company, especially constant use of master suppression. But on the more general issues: Inapt leadership that cannot manage people nor understand business trends or the end consumer. The basic issue of the company is that everyone was just left alone to do w.e they wanted with no connection between people of course that became a mess. Instead of resolving any issues, such as bad code or art that no one wants to buy etc. They avoid ever talking to people because of fear of emotions or something, it's honestly just quite perplexing, so management avoids giving anyone negative feedback on actual work, but they love controlling people like how people are allowed to speak or friends they can have (outside of the office yes). Controlling on stuff that has nothing to with work but no control whatsoever on actual concrete stuff. Furthermore they have zero understanding on how to market or talk to actual end consumers, the actual users of their product and wasted all the pr budget as well as never wanting to hire any PR, marketing etc. So no one ever knows that their product exists anyway, don't waste your time working on this company if you want anyone to actually experience what you made. The company offers zero benefits and low cut salary as well, literally zero benefits, no health allowance or similar + force unpaid over time of course. They hire interns unpaid and of course when they legally cannot have them their any longer they let them go to pick up other interns - rinse and repeat. The companies has zero activities, no Christmas party or similar. Lastly they also are currently breaking several worker laws.
