Pros
I think on some level the individual Fallon management does truly care for its staff. It is worth mentioning prior to the Cons section. The pay is also reasonable.
Cons
While Fallon Management does show a genuine respect for its employees, the hierarchical system as a whole fails miserably. Each management layer overpromises what they can do to their immediate supervisor, and the end result is staff are often doled out far more projects than they can reasonably expect to handle at once. This is not a short-term or seasonal problem either - it's almost consistently that way. Work/Life Balance is virtually non-existent - I would give it a negative number of stars if the Glassdoor form allowed me to. Additionally, there is a lot of talk regarding streamlining, but for every one process that does get shaved down, there are three others are made even more convoluted and end up taking significantly longer to complete.
