Pros
Great culture. Fair work life balance. Lots of ownership if you are ready for it. Good scope of experimentation & exploration. You have the freedom to test & deploy frameworks/tools by yourself to solve any problem. Helpful, chill and smart coworkers. Open source & exploration first so you always learn new things.
Cons
Slowly moving to entirely WFO. Barely any experienced people (6+ yrs) who have worked on large systems & processes. Lack of proper & scalable org processes at the current scale of business.
