the location is in a decent neighborhood and near some local business
Cons
frequently takes in children who need 1:1 care with no staff to support it
frequently out of ratio
mixing ages wildly out of legal limits
children and staff frequently injured by problem clients
admin is dismissive about concerns and will sweep things under the rug
parents are rude and combative
you will be constantly sick and at risk if you are disabled your accommodations will be ignored
staff will berate you for making inquiries on policy
staff has been disallowed from taking temperatures
kids have been allowed to attend with: lice, hfm, impetigo, frequent diarrhea, runny noses, heavy hacking cough, weeping excema and skin infections, etc.
you will not get sick time and pto if you are full time, just pto.
workers comp policies are a joke.
