HR is slow and uncoordinated. Historically chaotic coordination between departments and ineffective technical direction/leadership. Rapid scaling and transition from startup to medium scale company has been rough and has challenges. Company culture, process, and compensation is taking a negative hit since listing on the stock exchanges. Full remote positions dwindling. US East coast centered business so higher advancement would would likely require relocating close to one of the core offices.
