Flex-ability, friendly, they have a flex-able work schedule

The tone at the top of the company is unclear. turnover of upper management

The hours are very flexible and Fridays are just half days. Management is easy to get along with and the technicians are fun to work with. Work isn't too demanding and the break rooms and new offices are nice.

During my time, there was a lot of overtime. Too much put on the company's plate at a time and deadlines reflected that. Communication and organization need a drastic overhaul in my opinion.
