Pros
-You can get free food for every shift.
-A lot of the people that work there are genuinely funny and great people.
Cons
-I applied to be a fulfillment specialist. They hired me immediately, but asked if I would want to run. I said yes ONLY if it extended the hours I could have. Lo and behold once I started, immediately they pushed me right into the running position. My experience isn't with delivery or running, so I was a little confused. I said that I would do it if it extended my hours, and that this wasn't even the position I applied for. The manager told me he knew but he wanted to just have me work there even though there were actually no positions open for fulfillment. What? If there isn't any available work in the field I applied to, why lie to me? Are they that desperate for workers that they'll lie about anything to get people to work there?
-Management also told one of our disabled co-workers that it was "cool" that he was disabled since he gets handicapped parking. Um... Wow. Insensitive much?
-The hours are practically nothing, but hog up most of the day. Having to work right in the middle of the day makes it difficult to find work around it, if not impossible.
-I still haven't received my paycheck (over a month).
