      - Small team, you will have opportunities to be involved in a variety of disciplines. - Lots of free veggies and herbs. - Everyone is passionate about farming.

      Cons

      - Small team, you will be over stretched and career advancement is slow. - Tech and higher ups will silo themselves and will be unaware of critical infrastructure. - They will use tons of interns to keep costs low by using free labor.
